The Aibeshter I love. By Chaya Sara Gurewicz
The Aibeshter I love shines through the trees as I daven in the garden, giving thanks to Him.
The Aibeshter I love hides Himself in the scent of a magnificent rose
The Aibeshter I love shows himself clearly through every story of Hashgacha Protis!
I look to the mountains and see His Majesty! Oh the strength, the limitless bounty this world
has to offer.
The Aibeshter I love can be seen in my beloveds as they walk in the door Friday night.
The Aibeshter I love makes miracles – like great shidduchim, newborn babies-the miracle of life
and possibilities.
I say Modeh Ani. Thank You Aibeshter I love for giving me another chance today.
Merciful G-d who knows what’s in our hearts and gives us Yom Kippur to do Teshuva.
Generous G-d who provides beauty everywhere we turn.
But. When a young father is taken from his family R’L or a baby dies in his mothers’ womb
Heaven Forbid, and I feel pain and confusion, I turn to you, Rebbe.
When I can’t sleep at 3:00 am because the anxiety won’t let up, I turn to you, Rebbe.
When I need guidance in my every day journey, I ask “Rebbe, how do I proceed?’
When I lose my faith from this very journey, from the tzaros I see all around me, Rebbe You pick
up the pieces.
When I am a lost sheep, I am not without a shepherd.
When I feel worthless, you expect from me and illuminate my power.
When I’m feeling blue you remind me to fight that yetzer hara!
In Your Infinite kindness, Aibeshter. You gave us the most precious gift. The Rebbe.
You are the Aibeshter I love
